I took a couple to view homes at Elyson Master Planned Community by Newland in Katy, TX 77493 yesterday 6/15/2023 and they fell in love. They had no idea the community existed.
So I wanted to share some of the things they loved about the community just in case you too are currently in the market looking for a great home that offers everything inside the home and outside.
Home price starts in the low $300s
9 different builders to choose from.
Smallest square foot is 1474.
Largest square foot is 4,263
Number of bedrooms from 2 to 5
Number of bathrooms up to 4.5
Garage 2-3
They loved the sports field, splash pad, tennis courts, large dog park, walking trails, fitness center, community game room and soooooo much more.
The onsite cafe was a big hit. They just loved that.
Convenient to golf, entertainment, malls, and grocery stores.
