The answer is yes. You can buy a house without a job as long as you can prove you have the ability to repay the mortgage loan.

Alternative income sources can include but not limited to, your assets, investments that pay dividends, social security payment, pension payment, certain types of long term disability and substantial savings area all income sources you can use.
