To stay within the guidelines of this law, a great agent will avoid giving opinions on schools districts as well, since any comment on the subject may be construed as influencing their clients’ housing choice. As Realtors, we are here to guide our clients, not to make their decisions for them.

What we can do is help you make the most informed decision possible. In the process, you should stay alert to make sure the agent you are working with is looking out for your best interest. Not theirs.
