It is no surprise that applying for a mortgage loan will require a lot of paperwork. Among the document you will be asked to provide may include but not limited to:

  • 2 Years tax return.

  • W-2s.

  • Pay stubs.

  • Checking account statement.

  • Saving account statement.

  • 401K statement.

  • IRAs and stock.

  • Social security card.

  • Driver’s license.

  • Gift letter if getting help from family with down payment and or closing cost.

  • Letter of Explanation (LOE) regarding credit inquiries.
