Houston Association of Realtors Bring Down Payment Assistance Programs Out In the Open

Hello and welcome to Houston First Time Home Buyers Edition. Did you know that 89% of the homes listed on HAR for sale are eligible for at least one down payment assistance program?

The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) has recently implemented Down Payment Resource (DPR) to bring Greater Houston area home buyers’ attention to these programs. According to the article, home buyers can now search for properties that are eligible for assistance. We applaud this move.
