To do exceptionally well at anything, including buying your first home, you have to push your limits. By pushing your limits, you will most likely crash and it may hurt a lot. A whole lot.

You will feel like giving up. You may begin to think at some point that owning a home is not for you. You may feel like the lender is out to prevent you from buying your first house. But. And this is a big BUT. The only way you will fail is if you give up. And I know you have no intention of doing that.
