We will begin with, Timbergrove/Lazybrook, a community located inside the 610 Loop and ten miles from downtown Houston. This area had the greatest percentage increase (47.7%) of home purchases in the second quarter of 2023 with an average home price of $654,236.

As you can see from the list above, Porter/New Caney East ranked second on the report with transactions increasing 38.9%. While the average price of a home in this Montgomery County community was $305,543, you can find find homes in the lows $200 as well.
