What is a Flex Room?

Hello and welcome. I am often asked what is a flex room? Well, a flex room is more like a multi-purpose room that can be turn into a home office, home library, private gym, private yoga studio, trophy room, playroom, game room, theater room, hobby room, custom closet, reading room, meditation room, prayer room, gaming room (different from a game room), meeting room, nursery, quite sanctuary, music studio, hosting room, or guest bedroom.

Additionally, if you collect sneakers, handbags, comic books, wine, etc., you can also use your flex to store these items. In truth, this space can be used for just about anything within reason. It is yours to customize as you please.
