What is an Escrow Analysis?

Good morning, we hope your day is off to a great start. Today we are taking a look at what is an escrow analysis. An escrow analysis is an annual review of your escrow account to ensure sufficient funds are being collected to cover your annual property taxes and home insurance premium.

The result of the analysis will determine if your monthly escrow payments need to be increase or decrease. Questions and or concerns regarding your escrow account should be addressed with your mortgage company.
