What Is Your Favorite Time Of Year?

Hello again, and welcome to fall 2024! There is something so very magical about this time of year. While I have never been able to put my finger on it, the one thing I know for sure is that the fall season may be my favorite time of year.

Maybe it's the color of the foliage, working with clients to purchase their first home or sell an existing one. Maybe its the hot chocolate from Trader Joe's or Central Market, lunching with clients by the fireside at La Madeleine or going to the pumpkin patch, like the one in the photo above.

Maybe its the extra hour due to daylight saving time, the seasonal shopping, flannel everything, the coolness of the weather after a long hot summer or the gathering of friends and family, talking, laughing, eating, drinking, and creating memories together. Or maybe its the softness of my fave cashmere blanket, delicious chicken soup, warm apple cider, Christmas decorations, the series of holidays, the festivities, or the twinkling pretty lights everywhere.

Maybe I like the fall season for all these reasons or for none of them. I think I just like it because I just do. What is your favorite time of year? is it summer, spring, winter? whichever one it is, I do hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine (without loosing your first time home buying focus of course).
