Houston First Time Home Buyers, What Is Your Favorite Time Of Year?

Hello again, and welcome to fall 2024! There is something so very magical about this time of year, while I have never been able to put my finger on it, the one thing I know for sure is that the fall season is my favorite time of year.

Maybe it's the color of the foliage, working with clients to purchase their new home or sell an existing one; the hot chocolate from Trader Joe's or Central Market, so good!; lunching with clients by the fireside at La Madeleine; going to the pumpkin patch, like the one in the photo above that I took; the extra hour due to daylight saving time; the seasonal shopping; flannel everything; the coolness in the weather after a long hot summer; friends and family eating, drinking, and creating memories together; cashmere blanket, pajamas and sweaters; chicken soup, warm apple cider, oh so good; holiday decorations; the series of holidays; giving thanks; lots of laughter; and twinkling pretty lights everywhere.

Maybe I like the fall season for all these reasons or for none of them. I think I just like it because I just do. What is your favorite time of year? is it summer, spring, winter? whichever one it is, I do hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine (without loosing your first time home buying focus of course).
