Did you know that the Harris county Home Repair Program provides financial assistance to low and moderate income homeowners.

Documentation required when submitting application includes but not limited to, Texas driver’s license, 2 copies of your most recent bank statements, recent paycheck stubs, and 2 years’ tax returns if you are self employed.
You could receive up to $80,000 for major rehabilitation and up to $227,000 for reconstruction.
Minor repair includes but not limited to, roof repair or replacement, handicap accessibility and plumbing.
Eligible properties must be within the unincorporated area of Harris county, including Humble, Katy, South Houston, and Tomball.
Properties located within a 100-year flood plain without flood insurance are not eligible.
To be eligible for minor or major home repair, you must be current on all property taxes or payment plan.
Income levels ranges from $31,050 for a family of 1 to $93,550 for a family of 8
