What Does Move-in Ready Mean?

Hello and welcome. Happy Wednesday. I recently had a client asked me what does move-in ready mean. A move-in ready home is one that you can move in immediately without having to do any repairs or renovations.

For example, a newly constructed home is considered move-in ready because you would not need to do any renovations or repairs before moving in.
